It has improved on software application as it also lonched a messaging app called Ayoba last month in Zambia.
Ayoba is a messaging app localised for African and Middle East consumer needs, under an independent Over the Top (OTT) brand with unique features for MTN customers. The app supports many local languages spoken across the MTN markets including isiZulu, isiXhosa, Pidgin, Yoruba, Swahili, Hausa, French and English.
Just like WhatsApp, you need to register with your phone number to access your contacts. In addition, you don’t need to create a new address book to connect with your contacts. All you need to do is sign up with your phone number to sync all your contacts easily.
